使用 ORBInitInfoOperations 的软件包
org.omg.PortableInterceptor 提供一个注册 ORB 钩子 (hook) 的机制，通过这些钩子 ORB 服务可以截取执行 ORB 的正常流。

 interface ORBInitInfo
          传递给每个 ORBInitializer，允许其在初始化 ORB 时注册 interceptor 并执行其他职责。
